Second Bedroom Double bed, washbasin, fitted wardrobe, chest of drawers. Sea view. (Optional child's single bed or space for a cot.)

Third Bedroom Single bed, chest of drawers, airing cupboard. Sea view.

Bathroom Bath/power shower, loo, washbasin, shaver point.

Garden Quiet and private with mature beds and shrubs, a spacious patio area with table, chairs for 6 and 2 benches. Weber BBQ for guests' use and a shed full of surf boards, buckets, spades, garden chairs - and an extra fridge for storing beer and wine. Also an outside loo and hose for rinsing off sand from beach and wetsuits, as well as a washing line. Up a few steps from the road, Boulder Cottage has a porch for all your beach gear.

Bedding /Linen Linen provided (beds will be made up for your arrival at no extra cost). Please bring your own towels and teatowels.

Bookings all year (central heating and open fires available from October to April)

Electricity Meter takes pound coins (gas central heating is available for £25 a week if requested).
