Boulder Cottage is one of the oldest houses in the tranquil village of Trevone near Padstow, a stunning holiday spot on North Cornwall's majestic coastline.

Close to safe, dog-free, sandy beaches patrolled by lifeguards during the summer, invigorating surf, world-class golfing at Trevose Golf Club and St Enodoc, breathtaking coastal paths and the gastronomic delights of Rick Stein and Jamie Oliver's Fifteen restaurants among myriad others, Trevone is perfectly situated in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

Our Victorian cottage has been lovingly renovated without losing any of its character as our family home for five decades. Brand new, fully-fitted kitchen (dishwasher, halogen hob and oven, washing-machine), mix of hardwood floors and new carpets, three bedrooms (sleeps 5/6), leather sofas and TV/DVD/video, CD player, with an enclosed, private walled garden and patio for outdoor entertaining.
